I am Cherie. I am really looking forward to this as it is the first time I haven't had a babe at the brest in 9 years. I am excited about exploring what this new stage of life for me will bring and I can think of a better way to begin this journey!

Hi all!

I heard about this retrat from my lovely friend Julie D. and I'm very excited she told me. I'm mostly looking for a chance to relax, unwind and the like. Am also totally psyched to get to try my hand at archery!

Many know me :)  I'm very excited to be a part of this women's retreat and will gladly help out if needed.  I'm a mother of three, so it's challenging leaving my little ones at home to be alone with myself and my sisters for an entire weekend.  But I feel it would leave me being refreshed and able to give them more of me when I return, so alas, sign me up!

I'm coming just as myself, leaving my books behind and happy to be amongst friends and a great sisterhood family.

Cheers,

Kristin

Kristin, I am leaving my books too. Of course, I think you are writing them, and I am just reading! I am looking forward to this weekend, so much.

Hey yall, my name is Cyn and I am 22 and from Montreal. I have been looking for this type of retreat for a loong looong time, and I am very much looking forward to it. I usually do silent retreats and I was wondering if this would be appropriate apart from the singing workshops?

Let me know!

Can't wait to meet you and all the other ladies.

I'm looking forward to spending some time away from my computers and technology, and for the first time, a weekend away from my soon-to-be two year old.

I plan to take the weekend as it comes and not make any specific plans - Though you may see me hanging out in a sunny spot working on a cross stitch project.

Yes, I suspect there will be bags of knitting and other like activities being hauled around. I might bring my knitting, but probably will forget it in the tent, as per usual. Good intentions ....

Sunny spots & cross stitch, did you say?

I think that sounds smashing!

Hello everyone!  I have been crazy busy and not had time until now to stop by and say hello, but it just makes the upcoming Retreat even more precious.  I can't wait!

Darned tootin. I'm actually considering bringing my stitching stand along - but I'll be paying attention first n foremost to the weather before I make that decision. :) I do, of course, have a portable project or 6, but there's one in particular that I'd really like to finish.

We have the covered kitchen area with tables and chairs so if the weather is poor, we can be in there. I would kind of be interested in seeing a stitching stand!
